RETURN POLICY (for stocked, non-special order items)

Stocked, non-special order items can be returned/exchanged at the store with a receipt within 14 days of the purchase date. Items cannot be mailed or shipped back to the store; they must be returned in person during the store’s operating hours. Items must be returned in the same condition they were purchased - new, without any damage, defect, or dirt, and with all original tags.


In order to reserve a product, your credit card will be charged the total amount at the time you place your order. It is the customers responsibility to review the entire order confirmation upon receipt for accuracy. Changes or a cancellation to the order must be made within 24 hours by emailing CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND. Any difference in price made to an order within the 24 hour grace period that results in a credit to the customer will be refunded. Changes to an order that result in an increase to the sum total due by the customer will not be placed until the total amount due has been paid. After 24 hours custom orders can not be changed. Custom orders include, but are not limited to, all upholstery and casegood furniture items.

Color note: Because every computer monitor displays color differently, we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on a screen. The majority of our items are hand-made and no two items look exactly the same. 

Natural Products: All items made from natural products such as but not limited to-limestone, marble, alabaster and granite will have natural variations and no two will be the same. These variations should be expected and are not seen as defects.


Shipping time from our manufacturers for special order items is beyond our control, and have been particularly delayed during the pandemic. We will always do our best to keep you updated on the status of your items. 

After receiving your items at our store, we will immediately call you to set up a delivery date. You have the option to pick up the item yourself or request a white-glove delivery.

You, or persons acting on your behalf, must be present at residence during the time of delivery. Upon delivery, please take time to inspect all items carefully for any damage that may have occurred in transit. Claims against damaged items must be made upon delivery.

A contracted freight company may deliver the item(s) you have ordered if they are oversized and noted as freight. If you receive a shipment from an order with obvious freight damage, you must refuse the shipment at time of delivery and note the damage on the receipt confirmation. We will then order and ship a replacement for you. If you sign for the shipment without reporting any damage you are responsible for all damages and must make any claims with the shipper.

We collect information from you when you fill out a contact form, register for our Partner Incentive Trade Program, or join our mailing list. Information collected includes contact information such as name and email address; clients who wish to join our Partner Incentive Program are additionally required to disclose their company name, company address, and tax identification number. Any and all information collected on this site is used only to answer questions, provide requested materials and/or information, send material relating to an event/purpose for which it was collected, or verify the business/tax status of business clients registered in our trade program, and will not be sold to another party. 

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
